Yea! Our dark roast makes a really good espresso!

Fact is, so does the medium! It is a matter of taste!

 

We roast to our taste; and for a regular cup flavor, the medium roast is perfect (especially in the morning), but try the dark roast - perfect for dessert!

 

We roast using the Dietrich drum roaster for the dark and Sivetz hot air roaster for most of the the medium. Here is a picture of a roasted bean fragment under the electron microscope!
